Originally our own holiday home, Litha House enjoys a fabulous position on the beautiful Amuley Mar I complex, overlooking the gardens and communal pool. Tucked away within a private gated community in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, you're just a short, level walk from the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops and the marina, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare.
Whether you're planning a family holiday, escaping for some winter sunshine or simply looking for somewhere comfortable to slow down for a while, we hope that from the moment you arrive you'll unpack your suitcase, put the kettle on (or pour yourself something cold), sink into a comfortable chair and start enjoying your holiday.

The first thing we'd probably tell anyone who asked about Litha House is its location.
For us, it offers the best of both worlds. You're close enough to walk almost everywhere, yet tucked away in a peaceful gated community overlooking the gardens and communal pool.
Many of our guests arrive, park the car and hardly use it again until it's time to head home.
Others use Litha House as the perfect base for exploring the island, with the north, south and west coast all within easy reach.
Location was one of the reasons we bought Litha House, and we still think it's one of its biggest attractions today.
Inside, the house is spread across three spacious floors with three proper bedrooms. One of the things guests mention time and time again is the layout. Families can spend quality time together while still having their own space. Grandparents appreciate having a quieter floor to themselves, teenagers enjoy having their own little retreat and friends traveling together don't feel like they're living on top of one another.
We believe the best holidays are the ones where everyone can relax in their own way.
What Makes a Great Holiday?
Everyone will have their own answer to that question, but this is ours.
Like many people, we only had a few precious weeks of holiday each year, so every single day mattered. We worked hard all year and wanted those holidays to be special.
Over the years we discovered that where you stay can make or break a holiday. A comfortable bed after a busy day, enough room for everyone to spread out, a kitchen that's actually equipped to cook a proper family meal and somewhere you're genuinely pleased to come back to every evening all make a huge difference.
Not just somewhere to sleep...
But a place to enjoy relaxing in.
Even though we now live on the island, Litha House is still very much our holiday home too. We still enjoy spending time there ourselves, which is probably why we're always looking for little ways to improve it for our guests.
One thing you'll probably notice if you've stayed with us before is that Litha House never stands still. Every year we seem to find something else we can add or improve. Sometimes it's our own idea, sometimes it's something a guest has suggested, but we genuinely enjoy making Litha House just that little bit more special.
Over the years we've also discovered that it's often the little things that make the biggest difference.
- A kitchen equipped for people who actually enjoy cooking. (Yes... it even has a rolling pin!)
- Coffee machines in two of the bedrooms because sometimes it's nice to enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony before everyone else is awake.
- Beach towels to save valuable luggage space.
- A welcome pack because nobody wants to rush to the supermarket after a flight.
They're only little things, but together we hope they help make your holiday just that little bit easier and a lot more enjoyable.
